Adoption their Civil Rights.

ABORN Petition to Open Birth Records I would support a Class Action suit against the Federal Government for Civil Rights Violations by allowing the STATE Governments to deny Adoptee's their Civil Rights in violation of Title 42 U.S.C. section 1983, of the Civil Rights Act, by treating adopted persons as a distinct and different class of citizen, which is in Violation of the 14th Amendment of the Constitution. The Constitution provides for all citizens to have the right to life. It also demands that all persons have their rights to property By denying Adoptee's their Original Birth certificates the State Governments are denying adoptee's their rights to property. They are being denied access to, or possession of, the Original Birth Certificates which every other citizen in this country is entitled to. They are therefore suffering discrimination as a class of citizen and their Civil Rights are being denied them. Many adoptee's are being denied their right to LIFE because necessary medical information that is relevant to their health and welfare is being denied to them, information which provides them with genetic predisposition to diseases which may cause harm to their lives is not accessible to the adopted person, in preference of closed adoption records. I fully support a Class Action suit against the Federal Government to remedy these denials of basic human rights. Sign and Address.......................................................
